Shop Critic:  There is a fresh, crisp character to this light rose.  It is eye-watering in its refreshing character, with balancing acidity, smoothing out the edges with a touch of caramel.

My Review:  A lighter, sweet subtle aroma with hints of strawberries.  Very delicious flavor.  It started out tart and mellowed out to a smooth finish with caramel and vanilla undertones.  I really enjoyed this wine and bought a bottle right away for Valentine's dinner.  We drank it with dessert which was a raspberry mousse and paired very well!  Would definitely drink this wine again.
